Effective Chakra Meditation
Research has it that human life is all about emotions and feelings. This is because the many things we do in life bring out different emotions. What are the different chakras? First, there is the red colored root chakra. It is found at the base of the spinal cord. If this chakra is balanced, you will feel strong, secure and well-grounded. On the other hand, if this chakra is blocked, you will feel anxiety, fear and have a weak immune system. The second chakra is the sacral chakra. It’s color is orange and it is found below the belly button. If balanced, you will be happy and friendly. In case it is blocked, sexual difficulties and low motivation are common.
The solar plexus chakra is yellow in color and is located between the ribcage and the navel. Your productivity and energy will be high if this chakra is balanced. On the other hand, an imbalanced solar plexus chakra can cause insecurities, procrastinations, reduced energy levels and digestive problems. The heart chakra on the other hand is green. Love is the theme of this chakra that is located in the heart. A balanced heart chakra leads to ease of forming emotional connections, love bonds and spiritual awareness. If blocked, it leads to loneliness, hatred and chest pains.
The chakra responsible for our communication is the throat chakra, which is located in the throat and is blue in color. When this chakra is balanced, we are clear in communication and are equally good at listening. Anxiety and tension will occur if it is not balanced. Located on the forehead, the third eye chakra is indigo in color. It this chakra is balanced; it gives us clear imagination and communication with the universe. If it is not, anxiety, depression and headaches may result.
The violet crown chakra is the last one of the chakras. Located at the top of the head, this chakra must be balanced for us to be open-minded and accept divine guidance.
